7BOTANICALS PTE. LTD. provides branding, design, web development, and digital communication services.
Deliverables may include, but are not limited to: Brand identity systems, Logos and visual assets, Websites and digital interfaces, Design materials and digital brand communication assets. All services are delivered remotely and defined individually according to each project.

4. Payments
All fees must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.
Payments are processed via bank transfer or the selected payment provider (e.g., Wise).
Prices are stated in the currency specified in the invoice.

7BOTANICALS PTE. LTD. reserves the right to pause or terminate work if payments are overdue.

5. Delivery of Services
Project timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities are outlined individually during the consultation and project agreement phase. Services are delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed. Clients are responsible for providing all necessary information, materials, and access required to complete the project.

6. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital and creative services, all payments are final and non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.
If 7BOTANICALS PTE. LTD. cannot deliver a service due to internal issues, a mutually acceptable solution will be arranged.

7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Review deliverables in a timely manner
- Communicate decisions and feedback promptly

8. Intellectual Property
All creative work remains the property of 7BOTANICALS PTE. LTD. until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, usage rights are transferred as agreed individually. Source files are provided only if explicitly included in the project scope.

9. Limitation of Liability
7BOTANICALS PTE. LTD. is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of revenue or business opportunities
- Third-party system failures, hosting issues, or software limitations

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the respective project.

10. Modification of Terms
7BOTANICALS PTE. LTD. may update these Terms at any time.
The version published on the website at the time of engagement applies.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
Any disputes shall be resolved under Singapore jurisdiction.
